Leaving a gift in your Will is one of the best ways you can play your part in realising this Vision. Beyond simply funding our vital work that child refugees urgently need; it will ensure that your values and wishes for the world will remain alive long after you've gone.

To make writing your free will easier, Baca have partnered with Free Wills with Quick Wills Ltd to offer our supporters the opportunity to write or update your Will for free.

This service is ideal for creating your first Will or making changes to an existing one. It can all be completed online in 15 minutes and in the comfort of your own home and it will be reviewed by a qualified solicitor to ensure everything is legally binding.

If, like us, you believe that everyone, wherever they are from, deserves the best of life, you can make a big difference to the young refugees in our care by leaving a gift, no matter the size, to Baca.

So, once you have ensured that your loved ones are looked after, there are three different ways you can choose to leave a gift to Baca:

1. Residuary Legacy: leave a percentage of your estate to loved ones or a cause you care about. Gifts to Baca are exempt from inheritance tax, ensuring more of your legacy goes to the people and causes that matter most to you.

2. Pecuniary Legacy: leave a fixed sum of money to individuals or charities. This allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over the exact amount you give.

3. Specific Legacy (Gifts in Kind): leave specific items, such as property, shares, jewellery, or furniture. Gifts to Baca are also inheritance tax-exempt, meaning that your generosity goes further in supporting young refugees.
